OUR SERVICE

Clinical Service Connections provides psychiatric rehabilitation program services for adults and minors, including a full range of rehabilitation activities and supports.

Services for adults are organized to facilitate an individual’s recovery, which includes the ability to make decisions about life and create opportunities for choice regarding home, school, work and community. Services for minors will facilitate an individual’s development of independent living and social skills including making decisions and creating opportunities for choice to the degree that is age and developmentally appropriate regarding home, school or work and community.

Our on-site location is in Columbia, Maryland, and is accessible from public transportation through the Howard County bus line and has linkage with metro. We serve clients from Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and Prince George's counties, as well as Baltimore City.

Target Group

Our services are open to all eligible individuals, regardless of age. We will serve individuals with a co-occurring diagnosis of intellectual disability.

Areas Served

We are located in Howard County, but we also offer off-site services in the following counties: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore County, Howard, and northern Prince George's.

Eligibility

Our clients must be eligible for Maryland Medicaid, and have approval for service by a public mental health system admin service organization based on medical necessity. We also require a referral by a licensed mental health professional.

Hours

Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Our on-site program service delivery hours include Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00pm-9:00pm and one Saturday per month 10:00am-1:00pm. Evening and weekend hours are scheduled by appointment only.
